On Vacation, go to virtually deserted beach everyday, no guff the place is always empty. Every day I go there and am amazed that I have the place to myself. Yoga and sprints on the beach followed by swim in the Ocean then repeat. Back to reality in 5 more days.

Just did 40 minutes of some brutal HIIT, cardio, and medicine ball exercises. Sweating like a pig.

Run 3 miles (12 laps) at the local high school track. After every half-lap, do the following:
push-ups core exercise (e.g., abs) chin-ups
(Why a local track? They have the bars and artificial turf so that I can do the above.)
Very exhausting. I'm so dizzy afterwards, I have to sit for a while before I get in the car and drive back home.

Time to go running and do push-ups, ab routines, chin-ups, etc. I should go shirtless, but I don't want the babes to get too excited.

Time to lift weights. I'd normally go running but with the poor air quality from the Campfire wildfires, I'm staying indoors.

Can we look forward to a thread on your elimination practices during the New Year?

It's raining. No dust and smoke from the wildfires. I'm going for a run and then grab lunch in a burrito joint in my smelly sweaty gear.

My favorite thing to do is run in the rain. Some have said this is a good way to catch a cold or pneumonia. I don't listen to those people. I never get sick.
It's raining now. I'm going out.

I ran 4 miles today. The sun is out but the air is cold (59 ℉). I think the air was cold enough that my body organs decided that sweat was unnecessary and possibly counterproductive for the safe regulation of my internal body temperature. I didn't start sweating until after 1.5 miles.

I'm running the Chicago Marathon in 284 days in an attempt to run a qualifying time for Boston. This belongs in the "Exercise thread." There!! I will also take this opportunity to share this link with those of you who are philanthropically inclined. The American Cancer Society is a cause near and dear to my heart as I have lost my mother, father and just recently my wife to this dreaded disease. main.acsevents.org/site/TR/DetermiNation/CFPCY19NCR?px=48938618&pg=personal&fr_id=93446

It's raining now. That means: time to go for a run.
I also have a coupon to a burrito joint so I'm going to eat a burrito immediately afterwards. No shower.
