Hi everyone! Glad there's so much interest, but DAYUM, hold your horses honeys. As ay2013 mentioned, vup , @allamerican11 and I are going to be the admins for this year! You're welcome. We have been finalizing the threads, timelines and rules for this year, and will be starting up everything shortly. For now, if anyone has any more rules suggestions, please post them here (if you've already posted them, no need to post them again).

I think adding back in the active freshmen (used to be a rule for a number of past leagues) and getting a wild card pick from any conference could be fun. |

The only thing keeping me from participating in Fantasy League is that I suspect I might suck at it. LOL!
But it sounds fun. I'd probably flake out in the middle of the season because of my time constraints.

With the amount of interest in this, what would be the thoughts on doing a few different “pools” with 8 or so teams and then the top 2 or 3 in each pool meet up for the finals for the post season?

Noooooope. The league attempted multiple divisions/more participants in the past and it ended up being way more work than it was worth. People start doing poorly and lose interest, and the leagues tank. It's hard to keep that many posters invested, especially if they aren't having fun. Quality > quantity is the way to go here, I think. |
