Does Novara have any other outsides? They have Plak.

In Carlini's defense... her team can't pass and her leftsides can't terminate so I actually like Carlini a lot. But right now she cannot turn a bad pass to a comfortable position for her hitters. However Woloz can, with speed, precision and imagination. That's so admirable. As a setter, Carlini has a lot to learn from Woloz IMH. Maybe, one setter is playing free and the other isn't. Carlini can make those same sets but her team can't hit that speed so that's null and void. Egonu might as well be Gamova out there. Carlini needs to locate that ball better and find a pair of better outsides.

Does Novara have any other outsides? They have Plak. Plak's passing is weak too. She may bring about more power offensively than MBH I guess. The point is that actually for an OH duo Easy-Sylla, Imoco's serving-receiving system is also a bit shaky, but as I said, Woloz is just so good. To add on that, Imoco's blocking is also better than Novara.

Was Barbolini telling Carlini to set higher? Didn't catch that clearly He said hit higher, soft into the block... basically reset the point.

MBH has really fallen apart since early in the summer when she was on fire. What happened.

Picci saves the day and steadies the passing. Stankface is still on point.

We can see that after the time-out, Carlini 's setting to Egnou became much higher (hence better). Egnou was back on fire in set 3.
