the WCC four: St. Mary's, LMU, Pepp, & San Diego the WCC is the bubble, lol not sure I buy St. Mary's resume as all that impressive LMU beating BYU is really the fly in the ointment Yes but the big question is, CAN San Diego, jump Saint Mary’s? Saint Mary’s beat USD twice — and has a better RPI. SMC/Denver is bringing back flashbacks of LSU/High Point. LSU had 1T50 win (High Point) while High Point had 0 T50 wins. I had them both out. Denver only has 1 T50 win (Saint Mary’s). Saint Mary’s has just 1 T50 win if USD finishes 51+. Real tough scenarios if the winning record rule wasn't in place, would UCLA really deserve to be in the tourny with a 13-14 record?

Like the commentators said on their match against Colorado. They were pretty much in top 25 just because of their reputation.

I think so....does the VT community really not think that a healthy UCLA couldn't beat Illinois State? Duke? all those SEC and WCC not named BYU?

Really starting to believe that the Gophers are going to host all the way through and have a clear path to the championship. Seem to be getting better and better, the regions look like they match-up favorably and this team just has a feel of destiny. So excited. Of course this all assumes we can beat Penn State - they might be a little underrated versus previous years. Still #4 in RPI so excited and nervous. Minnesota doesn't have anything to worry about hosting wise, unless the committee is completely incompetent Any team not in Top-4 RPI should always have to worry about being a Top-4 seed. I'm not saying Minny should or should not be top 4 seed; just saying that it might not be as automatic as you seem to think.

As close to automatic as you can get.....Minnesota will be either #2 seed or #3 seed.

I think if Maryland beats Nebraska to get to 500 in conference they will slip in. Prob won’t happen but if they do win I can see them getting in

So just wondering.... Theroretically, what would happen if Cal beat Stanford? Think Stanford would still be seeded 1. I think they are 1 no matter what now
