Stop with the clickbait. If you're not going to disclose the name, don't post at all. It's so annoying to hear, "REALLY GOOD PLAYER THINKING OF TRANSFERRING, BUT I CAN'T SAY WHO"...Then just be..quiet???

WOW. Huge blow for the Blue Devils. She should have left there years ago. Way too good a player. There are exactly two Power 5 schools that are ranked in the top 10 universities in the country. Duke is one of them. I bet she's thrilled to be receiving her degree from Duke.

I bet she's thrilled to be receiving her degree from Duke. Thus, the challenge of coaching at a great academic school. You get stuck with kids that hurt your program for various reasons (don't pan out as a player, aren't interested in doing what it takes to win, want to be more social, etc) won't transfer when they're not playing because they want that degree. *** NOT SAYING THIS IS THE CASE WITH MEYER. SHE'S A GREAT PLAYER AND DOESN'T FALL INTO THIS CATEGORY *** Just highlighting an issue that comes with a school like Duke and a lot of the ACC schools.

Oh, based on your history, I had no doubt you actually had a name!! I just realized how that sounded. I was going off on a little swerve. My bad, I wasn't being defensive, just stating how I know. For sure, I was intentionally vague, it could be quite a few players. I like the intrigue. I don't get how some are offended. And if someone shares something in confidence, then you are handling it perfectly. *There are those who sneak and open all their Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/Festivus gifts before it is time as well. I am not one, though I did open one when I was 8 from my rich aunt. I was dying to see what she sent. Learned my lesson: a jumprope. Seriously, Marilee?

Bloop. Check Rasmussen’s IG. She is leaving Oregon. When I don't know a team very well and am curious as to how much of a loss it is for a team or how good of a player the transfer is, I go to the team site and look at their stats. Sometimes, the team scrubs the player from the roster at light speed. She's still listed on the roster, but curious that she has no stats for the 2018 season. Was she injured for the year?

She has had an injury-riddled career.

CHANDLAR DUFF Middle Blocker | Grosse Pointe South HS | Grosse Pointe, Mich. | Senior Aces: No. 92 About Chandlar: Along with Bacon, Duff provides the Ducks with another big, dynamic athlete coming in as a middle blocker. Long and lean at 6'2", Duff's speed and lateral movement enables her to be a tremendous blocker in the middle. Duff played for Grosse Pointe South High School and Legacy Volleyball Club, and she was a key member of the Legacy 16 Elite squad that finished top five nationally. A sprinter in high school, Duff's speed and athleticism should make for an exciting and explosive player for the Ducks. Ulmer's Take: "Chandlar has the best smile in the gym. Her constant energy and passion is going to help her grow into a big-time middle blocker. Chandlar is quick and long limbed, she has a whip of an arm and effortless jump. She glides when she attacks and has great blocking instincts. Chandlar has all of the physical tools to be a dominating force at the net and I am so pumped to watch her game develop every day." Chandlar's Take: "I toured many schools throughout my recruitment process and none of them hit home like Oregon! I chose Oregon because to me, besides playing college volleyball, I wanted the campus and the area that I would soon call home to be everything I ever imagined, like the education, being surrounded by other high-level recruits and, mainly, the coaching staff. Once I met Matt, I had an instant connection and knew I wanted to further my volleyball career with him as my coach at the University of Oregon."
