Stephanie Thater was a monster and as dominant a player to where the N. Cepero over Endicott is irresponsible or an oversight Completely agree on both points, especially Endicott!!! We have to find a better way of keeping the memories and impact of her, Thater, Novak, Hall and others present. |

Taking nothing away from Elmer who was marvelous, but Thater was a player like nobody else at that time. Zion Williamson at the time, her size explosiveness and movement were unreal. Cepero again marvelous, but we’re talking about Lori Endicott. |

CJ obviously great and incredibly popular, but probably Noth and Novak were better. |

I don't disagree I think all better technically than Cepero. She was an amazing blocking and offensive setter but really never bettered the ball like any of those names including CJ.

Cepero was a phenom physically and totally unique. Oh and she led an undefeated national championship. I get why someone without knowledge of the great history in that position would select her.If you asked me to pick a setter from Nebraska to play a match for al the marbles, she wouldnt be in my top 4. |

Lots to ponder if your a husker fan... Would Nebraska rather play, Pitt or Stanford in a regional final bracket?? Pending they make it that far... Likely texas, pitt, Baylor and Stanford wont move. If we beat Wisconsin and Minn, we likely will be a 5 seed with Stanford as the 4... If we beat Minnesota and lost to Wisconsin, we will likely be a 6 seed and would potentially play Pitt. Sending Wisconsin to Stanford. Definitely a defining weekend for the tourney I still contend that 1) we will win out, all 4 matches 2) Penn St. beats Wisc loses to Minnie 3) B1G will not be overlooked in top 4 seed (way too much revenue lost) 4) We win B1G outright 5) Creighton beats Marquette 6) Ohio St & Illini stay above .500 and ranked in top 50 7) we make them come to us and deal with whichever that leaves hanging Til this is disproven, I put my thoughts into this outcome. |

I looovved how between points, it's ladida, smile, sorta laugh with teammate, then, at the end of that little exchange her face changes, she gets serious, she takes a look at the other side of the net for about three quarters of a second, she spots her victim(s) (poor Haleigh) and you see the wheels turning with regard to her dastardly plan for the next point. It happens so fast you have to run it in slow-motion to catch it. But it's there and it's awesome. |
