Most of the pressure should be off. The team has advanced to where they should have, and with Wisconsin as the favorite, they can now just go ball out, have fun, and let the chips fall. We cant let them go on runs. Callie needs to commit on at least something this time. Hilly killed her and callie never was in position on either hitter. Haggerty or Rettke. Too many 1 on 1s both matches. Callie needs to make some sort of an impact this time around Knuckles. ...... girl. They're gonna go at you all night. Be ready. |

I said she was good. But this craZy expectation some people want to believe about her is just not there in my opinion. I can count on one hand the amount of players who actually had the type of college career people were pressuring Sun to have going into her freshman year. It's not her fault that people went crazy overboard with the hyperbole about how she would do. Unrealistic and unfair to the player, even one who was as dominant pre-NCAA as she was. And as far as "excuses" go I think it's very irresponsible to belittle the impact of a back injury on any person, let alone an elite athlete. Sun needs to worry about herself and her own expectations as a Husker, as well as continuing to improve each and every day. Sun’s problem coming out of HS was that she chose a school that doesn’t and has a verified record of not developing players. And days like today are fun. . . |

We didn’t serve well at all the last time we played Wisconsin. It’s imperative we attack them with the serve today. It’ll change the whole complexion of the game. Just go at them aggressively and don’t let them tee off on us.
They were never out of system last time we played. We need to hit more from the back row and keep their block guessing. QUIT SERVING THE BALL TO CLARK!!!!!!! Do the these things (play our game) and let the chips fall where they may.

Nebraska has no mikaela. You do realize how much she did for Nebraska just to keep it close right.? Think some are over looking that. There is no one in Nebraska this year that is at the level |
