In all seriousness I’m wondering if the children will be arrested too?
Pg 45:
92. On or about October 3, 2015, CW-2 purported to proctor the exam for the HENRIQUEZES’ daughter at her school. According to CW-2, unbeknownst to the school, he sat side-by-side with the daughter during the exam and provided her with answers to the exam questions, and after the exam, he “gloated” with ELIZABETH HENRIQUEZ and her daughter about the fact that they had cheated and gotten away with it.

Wow. Good catch. I have been reading these too and it is obvious only the start because they have so much on all these parents. The rest will come later. The kids have to be kicked out, maybe charged. USC had a case like this with one of the Walton heirs correct?

No, it seems to be limited to high academic institutions...and USC. nah....read. UT College admissions cheating scheme... University of Texas spox J.B. Bird: Federal authorities notified us this morning that we were victims of an organized criminal effort involving admissions. We have just become aware of charges against our Men’s Tennis Coach Michael Center and he will be placed on administrative leave until further notice while we gather information. We are cooperating fully with the investigation. Integrity in admissions is vital to the academic and ethical standards of our university. Wake Forest: Wake Forest is aware of the allegations regarding head volleyball coach Bill Ferguson. The University has retained outside legal counsel to look into this matter. Wake Forest has placed Ferguson on administrative leave and named Randi Smart interim coach, effective immediately. We will have no further comment at this time. The story being reported on the UT men's tennis coach is that he took a $90K-100K bribe to tell the admissions office that an applicant had been offered a partial tennis scholarship. Supposedly the kid had never played tennis at all or at least any level of competitive tennis. Also in the report was that an informat had approached him about doing it again and he agreed to do it for the same "price".
Appears Center really screwed up a good gig. His salary at UT is $232K and reportedly he makes more than that from camps and private lessons using his prestige as the UT tennis coach.

Mick had no involvement with the sand team. You do not get my point. The girl that was bribing her way in had some VB experience so they wanted to use that route to get her in. Donna went with sand with this girl. Sand pushed back because indoor has more schollies. Donna then had ANOTHER girl that she had already said was indoor (same time Aug 2017) and was going present to admissions (todd and diane blake) so Donna was likely panicking. Two VB recruits (both of which did not play VB), one through Sand and one through Indoor. Donna was pushing them through admissions AND the Sand Coach FOUND OUT. It was only a matter of time before Haley found out Donna had done the same with Indoor. Donna fixed the sand situation (girl would never join team or take schollie from team) but what if Mick found out about the Indoor girl? The girl (BLAKE) was admitted and Mick might be asked. Donna had to get rid of Mick or be exposed as a Felon. What did Donna do? Fired Mick right before the Blake girl received her admission letter based on Indoor VB. Don't know if Mick knew of this before this indictment since he never made those allegations against Heinel in his lawsuit. In addition, Heinel initiated the end of Mick's contract at the beginning of the final season of his contract, so the circumstances don't quite fit your scenario.

The fact that Singer admits he did all these things and MORE......its going to expand folks.
I bet the history of this is long a deep with some these Administrators and Coaches and possibly not just at their present colleges.
******** Former Stanford head sailing coach pleads guilty to racketeering conspiracy From CNN's Mark Morales
Former Stanford University head sailing coach John Vandemoer pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy in Boston federal court today related to an alleged conspiracy to get students into top colleges.
Vandemoer said in court that he didn’t pocket money that he was given. Instead, he said he used the money to buy new materials for the Stanford sailing team.
The judge recommended half of the sentencing guidelines and a sentencing hearing has been set for June.
Vandemoer was released on his own recognizance and didn’t make any remarks to reporters when he left court.
Stanford announced earlier today that they fired Vandemoer.
William Rick Singer appeared in court today after he agreed to plead guilty in a college admission scheme that he operated.
After Assistant US Attorney Eric Rosen outlined the charges against Singer, he admitted, “Everything Mr. Rosen said is true.”
“All of these things, and many more things, I did,” Singer said. “I created a side door that would guarantee families would get in.” He went on to say that he bribed coaches, an act he said occurred "very frequently."
Singer's charity account, which contains $5.2 million, was seized, according to prosecutors in court. His brother was expected to post his $500,000 bond.
Singer was later seen walking out of federal court.
His sentencing is scheduled for June 19.
Man at center of the scam pleads guilty and faces a maximum of 65 years in prison From CNN’s Mark Morales
William Rick Singer, the man who owned and operated Edge College and Career Network LLC (“The Key”) at the center of the collegiate scheme, has pleaded guilty to four charges:
Racketeering conspiracy Money laundering Tax conspiracy Obstruction of Justice Singer faces:
A maximum of 65 years in prison Three years of supervised release $1.25m dollar fine $400 special assessment

Donna Heinel, meet Kharma. Sincerely, Mick Haley. USC features prominently in the FBI investigation. Their findings allege that USC Senior Associate Director Donna Heinel was in on the scheme, and even personally took bribes of $20,000 per month in exchange for accepting an applicant as a fake basketball player: Donna HEINEL 19-CR-10081- IT Conspiracy to commit racketeering Possible motive: It costs a lot to live in the LA area.

Well, Mick knows now so maybe it will be added to his case. When does his case go to court?

Judging from the complaint, Heinel had already figured out that it was easier not to have the athletes appear on a roster or receive athletic scholarships.

Yes, Donna seemed to just add them to the coach's lists and then have the kids never show up for the team. But right around the time of Haley's firing, her scheme was falling apart because people were noticing. The sand VB girl that had never played VB being questioned and then a school questioning a water polo admit that never played water polo and was a terrible student. I think donna was likely panicking because people were also questioning why some parents made large non-rev sports donations with no connection to the sport.

Does Mick really strike you as the whistleblowing type? You're really reaching to try to connect Mick's firing (I get it's a volleyball board, but still...)

Heinel is USC athletics’ chief administrative officer and senior woman administrator. A USC official speaking on condition of anonymity confirmed that senior associate athletic director Donna Heinel and men’s and women’s water polo coach Jovan Vavic were fired after allegedly receiving bribes totaling more than $1.3 million and $250,000, respectively, to help parents take advantage of the relaxed admissions standards for athletes at USC even though their children were not legitimately being recruited as athletes.

$1.2 million for a single fraudulent admission. Kudos to Yale for not trading the vaunted Ivy League academic panache on the cheap.
