Not touch my face? Hell, man, I've been chewing on my nails for the last 5 minutes. And health experts say that the fingertips are the most likely place you will pick up a virus via touching.

I have really enjoyed taking 2 very long walks with my dog in the morning and at night. She and I are getting in really good shape.

Not trying to one-up you even though it seems like it but my dog and I have been doing this for the past 7 years. (I've also been doing this with my previous two dogs for the past 15 years.) Morning: 2-3 miles Evening: 1.5 miles and/or off-leash at a park where we play fetch. (Off-leash is illegal but we do it anyway. If we see any potential animal control peeps, I have a command "Run!" which means my dog will run like the wind and follow me to our car. It's possible the "Run!" command is pointless because my dog will run with me wherever I go.) If we're on vacation somewhere, mornings and evenings are 5-7-mile hikes.

When I am working at the high school I have to be there super early so I don’t get a lot of am walks in. Evening has always been our walk time. Daisy is loving the 2-a-days.

Idk how to post pics from my own camera roll. I can only post from the Internet. She’s a real sweetie. Looks like a yellow lab but better—a Carolina Dog. ♥️
