Last? I see how ya'll are playing this. Just remember that last year buckysheat was 12th, I was 13th, and @allamerican11 was 14th (last) in the daft order and buckysheat came in 1st place, Shhhhhhh came in 2nd place, and if not for that damn UGA OH I would have come in 2nd or 3rd, but ended up still in 4th place. Being in the bottom 3 in the draft order is not a bad thing if you have done your homework!! And we have spoken on this You must allow yourself to move on, brother. It is time. Your decision to not play might have been the crack detox you needed.

I really wanted to play, and started compiling all the stats back in April, May, and June when off-season was at it's peak and I was bored. I was juggling VT Top 25, PTW and Fantasy League last season and it was just too much and probably affected my work a little, along with I missed one week of PTW because I was spending so much time trying to figure out who to play on a weekly basis, and who to add/drop because they were hosing me, and that one week of PTW I missed caused me to fall to like 9th or 10th for the year which is unacceptable! I can't let that happen this season, and since VT top 25 is my baby I had to drop one of the three and PTW is not time consuming so the obvious choice was to bow out of Fantasy League unfortunately. Going by last years stats, and giving a +/- % for losing a setter as a hitter for example, and barring injury, I know who should be picked within a couple spots based on what strategy someone may use with my spreadsheet information. If you deployed your same strategy you used last year I could probably come very close to projecting who you will pick based on who is available each round with pretty good accuracy. Brag on! lol... I do think that given the involvement and knowledge of many of the participants, many of these weeks will come down to damn luck. ay, now that I'm not playing I can be as confident as I want! lol

Post 3 is updated with the draft order and pick numbers! This will be the "master" post that includes all add/drop details. Post 4 is updated with rosters, broken down by position. This will be the "current" post that shows every poster's up-to-date roster, so you don't have to sort through all of the cross-outs, etc. when preparing for your weekly match-ups. --- A few notes about the new rules specifically after reading through a few of the questions: 1. Emergency add/drops: trojansc hinted at this, but in order to use an emergency/add drop, a poster must provide the admins of proof (Official Twitter post, Official media outlet, etc.) that the player has been deemed out for the rest of the season. We will be taking these on a case-by-case basis. 2. Substitutions: I want to emphasize the eligibility section of @allamerican11 's rules post (parts d and e). D is specifically about why you may substitute a player out (player misses an entire match, player's match is cancelled, player changed position for an entire match), and section E is specifically about why you may substitute a player in (they did not play in last match of the previous week, so you left them off of your roster, and they are playing this week). 3. Per-match scoring: You must use all scheduled matches in your per-match calculation for each player. If a game falls off the calendar, you do not count that match, but if a player does not play in a match, you must still count that match (or you could use a substitution).

Shhhhhhhh vs. huskerjen the first week ! Since I'm popping my fantasy cherry, I guess they were kind enough to start me out with an easy three points... Shhhhhhhh will specifically draft to win the first week even if it's not longterm advantageous. This match is also known as "Boats n' Hoes". *yes, I did just self-own for the sake of the joke

Friends, please make sure you read through the rules. We put a lot of thought into the rules and lots of effort into how they were phrased to minimize confusion and loophole situations, but that doesn't mean we were perfect.
Take a look, ask questions, get clarification on anything that you don't understand or that seems weird. Some of the things we're trying are new this year and we want as much feedback as possible in order to make the league function efficiently. We think they're pretty good, but 14 heads are better than one!
Excited to get this started, y'all. This is a really good group.

ok, I'm ready to start drafting. I just need to know who Dunc is picking first so I can cross her name off my list.
