Well, its shape. It's also the only one that features Ohio. (It's a weird design, I have to say.) I was referring to the shape. It’s the only non-rectangular state flag. Oh. I was thinking maybe it was made out of nuts, but apparently that was an incorrect guess.

The United States has a number of territories (14, in fact) in the Caribbean and Pacific Ocean, five of which have permanent inhabitants and are self-governing (w/ their own locally elected officials).
1. Name as many of these five territories as you can. (I was only able to name 4 by memory)
2. Do these five territories have the right to send representatives to the U.S. Congress?
3. Bonus: Name any of the nine territories without any permanent inhabitants or self-governing organizations. (I was only able to name one by memory, and only by luck based on my knowledge of history.)
