Maybe I will go ahead and start the thread by not only reserving or saving the first few replies a la ... but also the content of the OP, LOL

(Damn PAC 12!)

I swear I did not do that. No problem! Will keep that on the low down and Santa's gonna put a little something extra in your stocking for that clandestine activity! Yes, I fingers-crossed expect Santa is going to drop off a few deserved just desserts, but I had nothing to do with pinning or unpinning the Fantasy thread. Period.

Cumulative Poll Scores
76.0% 266 266-84 RKPI/RPI 75.1% 263 263-87 VT Contestants 74.0% 259 259-91 Pablo 73.9% 258 258-91 VT Poll 73.4% 257 257-93 AVCA 73.4% 257 257-93 Richkern
This is unusual order, isn't it? RKPI/RPI the most accurate? I know the coaches poll is typically low.

Yes, it is. The VT stats are very recent, but in most of the 14 years I have run PTW the order is (1) Pablo, (2) RichKern, (3) AVCA and (4) RKPI/RPI. It will be interesting to see how RKPI/RPI stats hold up in the Tourney. Differences in RPI and Committee seedings: The numbers in the first column are the Dec. 1 RPI; actual seed in second column: 1___1 Baylor 2___2 Texas 3___3 Stanford 4___6 Pittsburgh 5___4 Wisconsin 6___9 Kentucky 7__10 Florida 8___5 Nebraska 9___8 Washington 10__7 Minnesota 11_12 Hawaii 12_13 Texas A&M 13_N/A Marquette 14_N/A Rice 15_15 Western Ky. 16_11 Penn St. 17_14 BYU 18_N/A Utah 19_N/A Missouri 20_N/A Creighton 21_16 Purdue www.ncaa.com/rankings/volleyball-women/d1/ncaa-womens-volleyball-rpi

publius do you think it would be too much work for the PTW team to do a NIVC bracket PTW? I find it very interesting and challenging to pick those games because they are a crap shoot. It is equivalent to picking mid-major men's basketball games on a parley card in Vegas. lol

We are running one or two active contests over the next two weeks. Perhaps your 32 person VT Top 25 team would want to do so under your leadership now that y'all have nothing else on your plate except to watch?
