Isn't Rachel Rourke staying with Beijing? Seems like you were right. Rachel Rourke just landed in Beijing with her family and mom (or her wife's mom not too sure).

Larson has arrived in Shanghai. Here's a photo of her and her Dad at the Shanghai Pudong Airport: Here are the official Shanghai team photos with Larson: Translated article from Sina (interesting they called Larson "Captain America"): Captain America has been registered with WeChat before the arrival of the Shanghai preparations
On the evening of October 19, a plane from Los Angeles in the United States landed in Pudong, Shanghai. Shanghai Guangming Youbi women's volleyball team this season's second foreign aid Jordan Larson is finally here! After more than 13 hours of flight, Larsson and her father looked tired when they stepped out of the customs. However, for this trip to Shanghai, Larson is still full of expectations: "This is my second visit to Shanghai, but the last time was ten years ago... Now I am on this land again, I feel its change. so big!" For this trip to Shanghai, Larson apparently did his "homework." On the way from the airport to the hotel, this long-running American veteran skillfully showed us the WeChat already registered in the mobile phone, and in her friends list, there was a second consecutive season in China. American teammate Dickson. When she learned that teammate Lippmann had been looking forward to her arrival two weeks ago, Larson showed a lovely smile: "I am also looking forward to being a teammate with her. I can't wait to see the ball. team."The name Larsson is no stranger to Chinese fans. She entered the US national team for the first time in 2009 and has been working for the country for ten years. For those who like the American women's volleyball team, they almost watched Larsson hit the present. The American women's volleyball team has just had a busy season. Starting from May this year, Captain Larson led the US team to the four countries and won the World Women's Volleyball League Championship, the Tokyo Olympic Games ticket, the World Cup runner-up, Central and North America and the Caribbean. Regional runner-up. On August 4th, Beijing time, the second match day of the Tokyo Olympics qualification US station, facing the strength of the Bulgarian women's volleyball team, the US team was 1 to 2 behind the big score. At this time, Larsson played an important leadership role. She fired a full range of firepower and scored a team-high 23 points. She led the US team to win the game with a 3 to 2 surprise and won the Olympic tickets. Many people like Larsson, not only because of her skills, but also because of her soft and soft personality. At the World Cup a month ago, the US team was swept by the Chinese women's volleyball team at 0-3. Although Larsen was disappointed with this result, she still generously praised the Chinese girls after the game: "The Chinese team played very well today, Zhu Ting is a great player..."At the awards ceremony, the 32-year-old captain of the United States showed a humorous temperament. Larsson was naughtyly holding the runner-up medal and playing with his teammates to play the "high-profile self-timer". At one point, he also signaled that Russia and the Chinese team came together to a wave of "super long waves." Today, after the end of all the national team's 2019 game, Larsson finally came to Shanghai. In the next three months, Larsson will be wearing the Chinese League shirt for the first time and become a part of the Shanghai Guangming women's volleyball family. On the plane, Larson also sent a dynamic on social software: officially opened the 12th season of my career, I came to Shanghai, China! Two weeks later, the 2019-2020 season of the Super League will officially kick off, let us jointly wish that Shanghai Guangming Youbi women's volleyball team can achieve good results in the new season! Having Lin Li should better help stabalize their pass, but their setters aren't that good in my opinion.

Larson has arrived in Shanghai. Here's a photo of her and her Dad at the Shanghai Pudong Airport: I think that Larson will enjoy her teammates. They are all approachable for photos after their matches and seem to have good chemistry and seem to ingrain the foreign players into the team culture. They have a long history using foreign players.

If I'm not mistaken Shanghai also has a foreign physiotherapist overlooking the team which is a nice addition. Zhang Lei posted some photos with her new teammates on Instagram and Kim Yeon Koung and Kelly Murphy left some comments. Both played for Shanghai before and seems like have had a great relationship with the Chinese players.

Chinese League ends January 21, 2020. I'm surprised they shorted it that much compared to last season when it ended in March. I know they wanted to have more time to prepare for Tokyo, but that's A LOT of extra time.

I heard that is one of the reasons for Larson to play in the Chinese league this season, it's short duration alllowing for ample recovery time for the NT season.

I know they wanted to have more time to prepare for Tokyo, but that's A LOT of extra time. I didn't see a schedule yet. Does the regular season end on January 21 or are the finals also finished on January 21? I return to China in January and won't know what to do if there is no volleyball.
