I hardly thing Texas getting some top recruits over Nebraska is symptomatic of anything other than the fact that Texas is an elite volleyball program in a cool city at a great school and is currently meeting the moment. very true and Nebraska is getting elite talent as well. Campbell Flynn was a big win for Nebraska. Those 2 schools will continue to get elite talent.

I assume Henley Anderson. We also need a setter. Who are the top ones in the '26 class? Genevieve Harris (5’11, NC VB Academy) Isabelle Hoppe (5’9, Pittsburgh Elite) Mallory Matheny (5’11, Mintonette) Blair Thiebaud (5’11, Houston Skyline) Are all 2026 setters that Texas seems to be interested in I like the combo of Harris and Anderson. Can’t wait for June 15th.

On a 3-20 team.
Listed at 6'1"
Ivy League doesn't give out scholarships right? So, "walk-on" at Columbia and walk-on here.

Soah Franklin (MB) Los Angeles, CA
GRAD TRANSFER - Columbia
SP MP K K/S E TA % A A/S SA SA/S SE 2019 86 23 75 0.87 26 215 0.228 12 0.14 0 0 1 2021 80 23 89 1.11 35 235 0.230 4 0.05 0 0 2 2023 82 23 130 1.59 37 313 0.297 7 0.09 2 0.02 3 Total 248 69 294 1.19 98 763 0.257 23 0.09 2 0.01 6
She actually hit .297 last year which is a better than I was thinking considering how bad her team was.

One thing to note, she generally improved each year (although she didn’t play in 2022, or 2020 (COVID)). This shows me she’s someone who works hard, which will help out our practice gym's competitive environment

Elliott has almost always had 4 MBs on his roster, at least for a while. This new girl is now the 4th. Probably something about depth and scrimmages that make it a pretty important number to hit.
