Harvey is the 2025 player I'm most excited about. Even if she doesn't start for her first 2 years, I think by the end of her career, she'll be a beast. |

Maybe. Last year Ames beat her out for a roster spot on the U19 and U21 teams (Ames changed her mind and chose not to compete in the U21 world championship) and will have a year of D1 training over Harvey. Ames' weakness is blocking, which isn't surprising for a true freshman, and has had >1 bps in recent games. It's also possible Harvey has elevated her game past Ames in the past year. Regardless of who is better, Texas benefits. |

Regardless of who is better, Texas benefits. Bunton beat out Ames two years ago. And has been beaten out by other middles,and honestly I take those teams with a grain of salt. Especially this last U19 team . I also question the development in that gym,but that’s for another day. |
