Looked to me like the NKU setter was into the net on what ultimately became NKU's 10th point, but the refs didn't call it and Michigan didn't challenge. Possible that it was only her hair?
Michigan up 13-10, TO NKU. Michigan's block is touching a lot of balls so far.

Petrofsky still out for Michigan and Wetterstrom still slumping ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) . Doesn’t spell great things for their chances against Kentucky but they should still sweep NKU behind Welsh, Jones and Crocker.

I think the up ref is one of those people that thinks the double contact rule should be abolished.

NKU is solid but they definitely lack terminal outsides.....

I think the up ref is one of those people that thinks the double contact rule should be abolished. And then he called one on Michigan #14, Jess Robinson.
Michigan takes set 1 25-22. Michigan passing hasn't been very good, but NKU is not terminating well.

He better have called that one, it was blatant....

Michigan up 17-12 in set 2, TO NKU.
ESPN scoreboard graphics operator hasn't been very good in this game, not recording timeouts taken and more than once awarding the point to the wrong team before having to switch back.

Michigan takes set 2 easily, 25-15.
Jones had a little run at the serving line before having an error on Michigan's first set point.
Robinson had a couple of nice slide kills at the end.
NKU scouted Welsh well, they've blocked her attempts to go over on 2 at least twice that I've seen.

Baffling that 6 people thought NKU would win this. Almost like they didn’t really the NKU had more losses playing in the Horizon than Michigan did playing in the Big Ten. Probably the same people that wanted half of the Horizon League in the NCAA tournament...

Michigan with the easy set 2 win. The physical difference is just too much for NKU -- Robinson hits over the block in front of the 10' line to win the set. Nothing NKU can do about that.
Announcers said that Pertofsky has mono and is out for the season.

Michigan 12-9 in set 3, TO NKU.
This is as good as I've seen Wetterstrom play in the last few months - obviously NKU isn't a B1G team, but she's making the most of her opportunities in this one.
