Meh. Not really. It's not only how good you are, but results. If you're missing for a big chunk of the season, you can't have the results. Player of the Year isn't necessarily the same thing as Best Player. I would have NO problem calling Plummer the best and awarding Presseley NPOY. why are you quoting me Lol. To make my point about why there doesn't need to be an asterik next to the NPOY's name, even if Plummer is currently the best player in college VB. |

Penn State has been overrated all year
They went 1-3 vs top 4 big teams
And Wisconsin was literally puking after being up 2-0
Wisconsin beat Penn State worse than Stanford is now.

It is the 2015 GJNC’s in New Orleans and Kathryn Plummer as a Junior setter/RS has just won Gold in 18 Open for T-Street with Hayley Hodson and Heidi Dyer. I look over and see Plummer, Fitzmorris and Gray (off same KC high school + club team) standing together and talking it over after the match. Planning their dynasty? Wish I had taken a photo. What a great career. Morgan Hentz was also there taking Silver in 17 National as an 5-10 OH for NKYVC. Knew all 4 were headed to Stanford but did not know what they would accomplish, with more on the horizon. Congratulations to Stanford and HC Kevin Hambly. 👍👍👍👍
