Hoping Capri Davis gets completely healthy, and has a productive Spring at Texas. At the moment, she's one of the staring pin hitters; and, as someone with two seasons (more or less) of B1G college playing experience, she has the inside track to starting the first match in the Fall.

I honestly did not recall how many awards Capri received after her senior season in high school:

Just curious, what does everyone think Asjia O'neal's biggest problem was last season or what do you think she needs to improve the most?

Just curious, what does everyone think Asjia O'neal's biggest problem was last season or what do you think she needs to improve the most? Blocking. We don’t necessarily need her to be an offensive star, but I honestly felt like she was the weakest blocker of the 3 middles. Any offense we get from her is just a bonus.

Yeah I think her quickness is what she needs to work on. She is often times late getting to the pin so her block is sometimes non existent but in terms of her offense I think she will be so much better if she works on her ability to hit out the middle and not just the slide & her timing and placement is in my opinion what she needs to work on in terms of slide attack.

But, I feel Skylar's blocking was worse weaker than even Asjia's blocking.

Fields - Total Blocks: 90. Blocks/Set: 0.92 O'Neal - Total Blocks: 93. Blocks/Set: 1.00
Fields seemed to show up juuuuussst, a few seconds late sometimes. But, true freshman whereas O'Neal redshirt freshman.

O’Neal was also a middle.... so there’s an expectation she would be a stronger blocker / have more blocks on a season.
