At a quick glance I'd say that the libero battle is between Fischer and McKissock, and Cerame will take over Chanelle's position as a serving specialist. I highly doubt that they'd put Hammons in that mix. Her back row attack is too valuable in OOS situations.
I also doubt that they'd wait until now to redshirt Warner. And I'll be absolutely shocked if they redshirt Victoria.

I think Hammons will keep her spot and Ceaser will come in if she struggles.

It'll be interesting to see how they choose to use Ceasar. I wonder what her production rate will be with a lot less attempts.

I will admit to never being a Kramer fan. For her size she was always slow and did not hit with any type of power. However, Wise and her staff did a tremendous job on her development, I could not believe that was the same Rachael Kramer that I had been watching for 5 years who was almost unstoppable against UCF and then vs Minnesota. Unfortunately she wasn't enough in the last game to get over Minny.
Looking forward to next year, y'all are going to absolutely love Birdie. She is a baller who can do almost anything on the court. Hoping Hall can stay healthy and give you a complete season as well. As always I will be rooting for my #2 team.

Hammons at libero would be a gutsy and potentially clutch move. A lot more balls hit high off the hands over a normal libero's head in the backcourt could be picked up. I think she's good enough to be libero, but I'm not sure we want to lose her back row attack if she plays as a DS. IMO this would be a GREAT decision by Mary. Two of Floridas biggest issues this past year were consistency in receive and Hammons consistency in the front row and this solves both problems, allowing Hammons to run the backcourt and puts Ceasar in the front court (never seen her play but everyone seems to think she's great). I think this would improve Florida so much just because of all the experience that will be on the floor. Also if Hammons wants to attempt to play on the NT there is no chance she can get there hitting. |

Sad that Kramer was highly sought coming in but was not even talked about much in her senior year. It’s cause she doesn’t play in BIG. That’s where the exposure is at. Lol Watchu doing in our thread, boofie? |
