What happened with Cerame as libero in the beginning of the season, to the end and not being the primary DS. I think it’s interesting how that played out.

She was never THE starting libero at the beginning of the season, although I think they tried starting her 2 matches and a few sets. Then she was injured and Fischer did well in her absence and Cerame didn't win the starting DS role back.

She started and got pulled after set one I believe

Hate to see another Missouri girl go elsewhere, but you can't fault her for wanting to follow in her mother's footsteps. Good get for the Gators.

I would SERIOUSLY consider Sofia Victoria to start for the Gators... she is better than Daly Santana was at that age, hits very hard and is a SOLID serve receiver. much better than her sister Pilar too.

After watching the UA match I’m excited for this season. This is a season where Florida has some really impressive weapons at the pins and I think it will be hard to not run a 6-2. Also brides has a HAMMER... wouldn’t be made seeing her hit some too. I honestly think the gators have been lacking that. Minus shainah i can’t remember many people who it a heavy ball rather than a whip (ala Snyder). Thayer came out hitting hard beginning of her freshman but I think with her injuries has had to become more crafty but does hit a heavy ball too. I want a Plummer, Foecke, Karsta type that it doesn’t matter if you’re in the right position cuz that ball is coming with PACE. I’ve seen Caesar, birdie, Warner, and now hearing Sophia Im excited.

In addition McKissock impressed me too. Really excited to see the DS battle this season as this is the first season in recent memory where there wasn’t an heir apparent in the way that Greg, CL, o’rourke, and unroe, cusack were
