Hell, I sent you the reminder PM last night around 10:00 pm, did you stay up all night compiling this info? LOL Awesome job as usual vbshrink !! Trying to convince the cool kids to tell them where the party is: MS State, OM What’s a party?: Bama, Auburn LOL... States of Mississippi and Alabama still think volleyball is an elementary and middle school sporting activity that can only be played in gym class when it's raining outside! The popularity of volleyball is exploding in Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas. I'm excited about the future of volleyball in the conference. But, yeah, the deep south schools haven't quite caught the fever yet. |

There is no one on South Carolina named Amari Robinson. The OPP next year will be Holly Eastridge. She was a "Senior Ace" and played some early in the season when the team ran a 6-2. Are transfers still a possibility at this date? I don't know the ins and outs of how the portal works. Gah! I meant Wilson, as I wrote later in the blurb. Will correct the post. And transfer season (for 2020) is just getting started. Oh, OK. I was thinking that more transfers were still possible and that this thread was way early. Perhaps I should've paid closer attention to the thread title.  Good work. |

vbshrink, great job as usual!! One little caveat on LSU; they did in fact make the tournament in Bannister/Cianciulli's freshman season. It was Tillis' senior year. Totally agree they have underachieved the past couple years; hoping next year breaks the Tourney losing streak. Wish every kid can have the experience of making the Tournament; it's such a cool thing!

Losing Wennas to Minnesota really took away the heir apparent for Hans at the OH position.
As for middle I think TAMU will be just fine. London Austin Roark was an all freshman SEC player last year and just had a numbers issue this season. We won't drop much out of the middle if she plays or gets beat out although I really liked Patterson defensive play and serve this past season.
IMO no outside on the roster currently will fill the second OH position Options would be a transfer terminal outside along with much improvement from other two pins statistically. Kinda like Moneyball where you replace in the aggregate. To do so you need another pin that can be about 1.5 kills less than Hans per set while the other pins improve by the other 1.5. This will not replace her bark row attack option which isn't currently on roster nor her serve that isn't on the roster. I think the main issue after Hans replacement is the Libero position not middle.

She blew up in the club scene at the same point in time the Corbellis were let go. The big schools went after her and she decommitted
