Anyone who has posted the OSU is done. I call BS. It doesn't take that long from "done" to "press release". Crouch reportedly resigned late Monday early Tuesday and it was announced last night. Especially if Jen is the one.
OSU is done and has been done for awhile. Things *can* move quickly from, as you put it, "done" to "press release" -- but there is no requirement that such things move quickly. Players have been notified. Inquiries have been made about possible assistant coach hires. Are these things happening without the search being over? I call BS on that.

It is done. Players and many others know. She is already working to build a staff.

If this is true and Jen is the hire that's pretty interesting. High level player, assistant at the highest level and grad... but Hasn't coach on the college level since 2011 or 2012 and not to knock Pittsburgh Elite or the northeast but has been coaching in a area not known for churning out top 100 players all day long (although like I said early I assume she has trained Sara White who will be a top 100 senior ace) Now, other candidates could have turn down the job in front of her but it would be safe to say she probably beat out a current coach or coaches of a top 25 team(s).
