The reality is that most sports lose money. And the cancellation of the basketball tournament, spring sports competition, and fall sports competition (especially football), has eliminated much of the revenue that funds the athletic department, while many of the expenses still have to be paid. So cuts are inevitable.

Don't see it posted anywhere on here but knew y'all would like some good news. Lauren Brobst ('17 I think) is the head coach of Sioux City Bishop Heelan (as of last season)
Saw they're playing Skutt this fall and it reminded me to check if its ever been posted

Lauren Brobst ('17 I think) is the head coach of Sioux City Bishop Heelan (as of last season) Saw they're playing Skutt this fall and it reminded me to check if its ever been posted They played last year, straight blood bath....Skutt played starters for a set, then let JV play next 2. Heelan was once a powerhouse in Iowa volleyball but those days are gone. Maybe Lauren can turn program around? 25-5, 25-15 & 25-17
