Fujian Anxi Tiekuanyin S: Liang Guiqian, Chen Jiao OPP: Liu Yang, Zhang Yaning, Luo Hui OH: Zhang Yuting, Lin Lin, Lin Yuexin, Fang Jingyi, Ye Jiajing, Huang Feng MB: Zheng Yixin, Zhang Jing, Liang Weifan, Shen Yang, Wei Yulin, Zheng Si L: Lin Li, Wu Mengting, Wang Jinqin
Other than Lin Li and Zheng Yixin, the rest of the team is far behind in level compared to others which is probably why the team loaned them so that they can still get experience while going further in the competition.

Rosters aren't finalized yet, but I will update them once they are. Same goes for team sponsors, etc.
I think the league will begin sometime around October. The Chinese national team is currently on their second phase of training after taking a short break. This training session reportedly will continue until September then the players will head to their respective clubs and begin preparations for the Chinese League. The format hasn't been announced yet, but maybe it will be similar to last years.
The big player movement fans are tracking is where Zhu Ting will land. The team she signs or resigns with should have the upper advantage and may be the favorite to win the championship.

Dixon is confirmed to have renewed with Beijing, according to herself. Do you know where she posted that? Now waiting for an official announcement from the club which is the hard part since Chinese clubs don't have their own website/social medias to post news.

Well at least we know one thing for sure, playing in China is going to be relatively safe, health-wise, given the effective steps to crackdown on the coronavirus. The irony of that is not lost on me, given the fact it was China which was the original place where the outbreak broke out.

I feel like all of the USA players will be safer overseas this year seeing as we cannot seem to get a handle on the outbreak here in the states.

Any news yet on foreigners landing in this league? Not yet unfortunately. I'm pretty sure players are already signed and confirmed to play there, just waiting on the official announcements. Last season Liaoning made 3 late transfers (Mammadova, Newcombe, Eric) that was announced literally a week before the league began. That club is really confusing, Wang Yimei who plays for them is also a team manager or something and she's in charge of recruitment. I think she should retire and just focus on that, her performance isn't the same.

Any news yet on foreigners landing in this league? Serbian media reported that Bjelica will head to China in August, but they did not disclose the team. Rumors suggests Guangdong Evergrande who were the first talks about her joining back in May. With the 2 + 1 rule (two on the court, one on the bench) in the Chinese the league, the team may have to alternate between Robinson, Rabadzhieva, and Bjelica, if they do in fact sign her. There is also some speculation that Lippmann may return if she doesn't decide to take a break. I honestly would love to see her return, both her and Larson fit well with the Shanghai team. It was unfortunate how things ended because of the time constraint between the finals and the European Olympic Qualifier.

I read a shocking article on CEV's website that said Lippmann was trying her hand at the BEACH game. www.cev.eu/News.aspx?NewsID=30869&TagType=0&TagContent=0&ID=0&Paging=1&Sd=1/1/1900&Ed=1/1/1900Apparently it's just a one off tournament in Hamburg, Germany. She plans to resume her indoor career when the new club season starts.
