Super bummed I missed this. I’m guessing you are not accepting late adds since everyone else’s picks are public? I made my picks on the 13th but never got around to posting and sending Venmo. You can join the last 2 for $20. Post your picks, lets see how you match up!

Get off my picks Guest2! Totally unsure of women's Q. Almost went with Spieler/Mew since they got a full tournament in last weekend, but they have such an unbelievably capped ceiling, plus a difficult road having to go through the 1 seed. I hope Rosie's got some magic left, I'd love to see him get hot and make a run. I think they Spieler/Mew are going to get bounced 1st match, I like Hogan a lot, and she's played 2 high level opens with Turner. I'm not sure either will get past Jace & Cook. The Dowdy/Muno vs. Callahan/Jones is THE match I want to see in the Women's Q. But there will be some other good ones too.

I like Randy's too, it was one of the formulations I was considering - trying to get Ateam plus MHPavs. I figured Crabb/Gibb, ATeam, and MHPavs were pretty close to locks to be in the finals each week and since only one women's team can win, I didnt take both, but I am not sure that was the right choice.
Surprised so little love for Ateam who I think may be somewhat more consistent than MHPavs on AVP in the past

Couple interesting factors. On the men's side a few of the top teams are new together, other teams may not figure them out in time. (Chaim/Chase, Hyden/Casebeer)
The women's is a bit more known from the MD
All matches besides on the 1 v 8 and 2 v 7 of both genders should be pretty competitive.

Ok, here are your paid participants. G2 and Gaucho have the same picks. A lot of faith in teams with a Crabb. Big buy in on Callahan/Jones, I guess no bad publicity is true! I like Randy's bet on the top women's teams. $67 on the line! Team mens1 mens2 mq1 womens1 womens2 wq1 ShaneM2005 - Crabb/Gibb - Bourne/Crabb - Benesh/Beranek - Claes/Sponcil - Hughes/Wilkerson - Cannon/Reeves - $993,000 gauchoball11 - Crabb/Gibb - Bourne/Crabb - Kolinske/Rosenthal - MHP/Pavan - Larsen/Stockman - Callahan/Jones - $996,000 guest2 - Crabb/Gibb - Bourne/Crabb - Kolinske/Rosenthal - MHP/Pavan - Larsen/Stockman - Callahan/Jones - $996,000 highline - Crabb/Gibb - Bourne/Crabb - Bomgren/Field - Claes/Sponcil - Larsen/Stockman - Cook/Pardon - $980,000 stevek - Crabb/Gibb - Bourne/Crabb - Allen/Slick - Hughes/Wilkerson - Larsen/Stockman - Cook/Pardon - $905,000 randy40 - Casebeer/Hyden - Bourne/Crabb - Kolinske/Rosenthal - MHP/Pavan - Klineman/Ross - Callahan/Jones - $996,000 robonthemic - Crabb/Gibb - Bourne/Crabb - Kolinske/Rosenthal - Claes/Sponcil - Hughes/Wilkerson - Callahan/Jones - $981,000 wyomingpancake - Crabb/Gibb - Budinger/Schalk - Kolinske/Rosenthal - Hughes/Wilkerson - Day/Fendrick - Dowdy/Muno - $993,000 thadius24 - Dalhausser/Lucena - Bourne/Crabb - Bomgren/Field - Hughes/Wilkerson - Day/Fendrick - Cook/Pardon - $900,000 Im optimistic about them but for most of us it seems like it was a financial play. Only robonthemic could have afforded a different women's Q team

The Cook/Pardon train was surprising to me, especially at that price. I like their game when they are on, but they are so up and down, and the break may not play to their advantage. Risk/Reward I suppose!

Risk/Reward I suppose! I kept the pricing consistent to the seeding, which I wasn't sure about doing and it def. created some value with Tri and Trevor.

I think you did an awesome job with the pricing and the format, so kudos to you! This first tournament definitely had some value plays, which makes it fun. Again, great job with this.

Tri and Trev at 130,000 is a must lol should’ve probably made them more expensive based off their actual talent as a team and not the seeding but we understand why you made it that way lol. Cool idea!

Only 2 players still have a chance to get their men's Q pick in.

Risk/Reward I suppose! Barely edged Shaw to get in, but did come through. I cant believe I actually enjoyed watching a Sheila Shaw match. Thanks JB Southpaw
