Informal poll of 4 clubs (11 teams) which sent boys to AAU championships - none had any parents, players, or coaches test positive for COVID. I've heard a few scattered reports from the girls side, but nothing significant representing a widespread outbreak. Realize this is unscientific and word of mouth but if there were a lot of cases, we would have heard. This encouraging for volleyball nonetheless.

I spoke to a coach outside of Atlanta and he said they had no issues. They were also very impressed with the way they set up the competition.

The tournament was very prepared and I thought made everyone very safe inside the convention center. Will it be a model other tournaments can use? I don't know due to the financial side of running it,but our team was impressed with the way the tournament was ran, and no one has tested positive since.
