Big 12, AAC, SEC, ACC.
DO THEY STICK IT OUT?
Or do they throw their athletes back to the general population so they aren’t held responsible?.

If the Big Ten does cancel fall sports, they won't be the only conference.

Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Nebraska need to leave the Big Ten.
Call up Notre Dame or whoever else, and form a new conference.

Maybe poach Texas and Oklahoma from the Big 12, and toss in USCw as team number 8. Come on, it would be glorious. Football: check Volleyball: check What's not to like?

Why, because they'll find a winning season in another football conference? More of a collection of brands here, not so much a group of teams that will never ever lose a FB game. Someone would have to finish last in that conference.

I understand why the four B1G schools have had coaches speak in the manner that they have. If FB is a no go this fall, and the hope is for the spring of 2021 I just really do not see it happening. Then you throw in MBB a no go and schools will make hard choices on athletics. Even schools like tOSU, UM, PSU, and NE will be forced to make them. I hope it does not come to that. It will be a delicate balance for quite a while.

Give it up, AAC. The other 3 don’t care what you do and will make any decisions on their own and not include you on it.

They don't have to announce a decision until Aug 21. They could delay the season until Sept 24 and put off the real decision for another 11 days. The reason NOT to do that, is that they still need to issue their guidelines for scholarships and opting out by Aug 14. If at the very least they are going to push fall sports to Spring anyway, they may not want to put any effort into that Aug 14 deadline.

Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Nebraska need to leave the Big Ten. Call up Notre Dame or whoever else, and form a new conference. Notre Dame wouldn't do it unless they completely set the terms. You could add Texas, USC, Alabama and they still wouldn't agree to be a non-special member of a conference.
