So like do you think any other candidate in his position would have conceded by now?

So like do you think any other candidate in his position would have conceded by now? No. No major network has Biden over 270 yet. Maybe waiting to see if PA gets out of recount range? This question is relevant as soon as someone gives Biden the win.

On Jan. 6, 2021, the House will have to pick the next President via special rules if the electors from enough States can't be certified to given Biden or Trump the needed 270 electoral votes. Wouldn't Trump's best strategy be to tie it up in the courts until Jan 6, 2020, in which case the special rules are automatically applied?

Yeah - I heard about that. He lost communications with his control room (which couldn't tell him he was about to be on) and wasn't too happy about it.

The law firms representing the Trump campaign in their attacks on the election process are facing a ton of backlash. www.businessinsider.com/staff-at-firms-helping-trump-dispute-election-results-conflicted-nyt-2020-11One attorney apparently quit. Several have voiced displeasure in private. Mostly it's that they would represent the Trump campaign in such a way that places doubt on the election process, as well as just presenting utter garbage. They're literally asking for votes to be thrown out in specific counties simply because they feel they weren't given the opportunity to look more closely at the process. It could seriously impede their ability to present cases in the future, since judges hear about this sort of thing and don't take bad faith claims well.

I suspect we've blown past the point of whether Trump will concede.
He has leveled the civilian leadership at the Defense Dept. He has already packed the courts all across the country including the Supreme Court. His Justice Department is in his back pocket.
Nearly every republican member of congress is either staying silent or cheering what he's doing.
Concede is in the rear view mirror. We have now entered coup territory.
And everyone saying, no, the law will take care of this - remember when you pull off a coup you ARE the law.

I'm looking at the various lawsuits filed. They have this really weird vibe to them. It's not so much that they're saying they could find fraud which should be negated. It's that they're claiming that they weren't given enough access to find fraud, and as such any ballots counted/processed when they didn't have access to their liking should be thrown out. And of course they're only claiming that in heavily Democratic areas, even though they didn't have the same access in heavily Republican areas.

Navarro and McEnany both appearing today saying they believe Trump won/will win. Absolutely ridiculous.

Several of the various lawsuits asking for suspension of certification or wholesale withholding of certain votes have been either dismissed or withdrawn. The latest is the Arizona claim that some voters weren't given the chance to spoil their ballot in case of overvotes. www.cnn.com/2020/11/13/politics/arizona-trump-lawsuit/index.html
