Lauren Forte was a redshirt junior in the 2020-2021 season so I'm not sure she should be on this list. She's a grad transfer who will still have eligibilty to play in Fall 2021 and 2022.

Naomi Hickman and Erica Kostelac didn't celebrate senior day for Creighton. Would assume they're coming back for the fall season. Hickman returns to Creighton. Kostelac returns but transfers to Cleveland State, her home area.

Giorgia Civita, Sydney Hilley, and Lauren Barns committed to return in the fall for Wisconsin. I mean good for them if that’s what makes them happy but I wanna see new faces leading these top programs. I don’t wanna start and argument but I wish players like Hilley especially would move on, they’ve left their mark and been top players for 4 seasons now. I’ll feel the same if stivrins and sun stay at Nebraska too. I’m just ready to see the younger talent and next phase

Where does your opinion come into play here? You really feel comfortable telling someone they are wrong to want to play a game because you are tired of watching them? Seriously? Then don’t watch.

The season took place a champion was crowned why are we allowing players to come back for another season. I get that they didnt get their preseason matches and things were not the same as previous years, but let go. I think its unfair for example Hilley or Barnes to stay another year taking away another setter or lib chance to start. I would be upset if I was Wisconsins back up setter or DS because their playing time has been affected. For those that are doing the fifth year I think it would be smart to go to a grad school and play for them. I personally think it's to experience other cities/classes/volleyball programs/conferences. They were lucky to be granted another year why not pick somewhere else where you are not comfortable? That is just my rationale though

My opinion comes in to play because we are on volleytalk buddy. The main purpose of this forum is to post opinions and thoughts. Re read the second sentence too please cause Jesus Christ lmao. I’m not telling them they’re wrong for doing what they’re doing. Your putting words in my mouth. I’m very simply saying I wish we could see the younger talent as these athletes have been around for a long time. I’ve watched them their whole career and they e developed into amazing players but I’m ready to see the next generation. I’m sorry my post got you all riled up haha
