1. I think the Proto-Indo Europeans started making wool around that time. 2. India? 3. A goat 4. Damask Damascus is Syria, not Iraq, so this is wrong. 5. errrr Idaho? I know they have a lot of Basque people there.

Interestingly, we have a decent idea of when humans started wearing clothing based on the clothing louse. DNA studies suggest it became a species distinct from the hair louse about 170,000 years ago. (I had to look up this number.) Since it only lives in clothing, that suggests there must have been clothing that far back.
