ULM Beach Volleyball is looking to hire a Grad Assistant (coaching role), starting in SPRING 2022. The Graduate Assistant will report to the Director of Volleyball. The successful candidate will assist the coaching staff in all aspects of administration and competition of the beach volleyball program, including assisting daily coaching and planning indoor practices, scouting and game preparation, administrative duties, coordinating travel, and recruiting qualified student-athletes to the program. This is a court coaching position. Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the academic and athletic mission of the University. Other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Volleyball. ULM Beach Volleyball is a Division 1 sport, and proud member of Conference USA, affiliate of the Sun Belt Conference. Required qualifications: Applicants must be accepted into the graduate program at University of Louisiana Monroe. All candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with all members of the University community. This position requires work on nights and weekends. The selected candidate must successfully pass a background check. Prior NCAA playing and/or coaching experience is preferred.
