I would assume Lancaster County’s restrictions are still more restrictive than the states. (Someone there can probably elaborate more)

Really? Maryland, IMO has at best, low level B1G talent-mediocre setter, dreadful floor defense, their best player has never lived up to the billing, the vaunted 2017 class has been mostly non factor and a head coach attempting to learn how to be a Head coach in the toughest vb conference in the country. Aird may have taken Maryland forward, but I don’t see how it can be argued they are better since he left. In the field of D1 volleyball, I don’t think Maryland is horrible, but in the field of the B1G they are in deep water. This is a scrimmage weekend for Nebraska- I just hope covid stays away. 🤷🏻♀️ Did someone argue that they were better since Aird left? Duh... when Spenc posts that Maryland was on the verge of “closing out” Minnesota, that certainly would be an improvement over Aird-its not true, but that’s what was posted. Sorry

Sorry never once did I say that Maryland was going to close out the whole game against minny. They did however have multiple sets that they definitely could have and probably should have taken in the series. I’m not gonna argue with you anymore after this post but maybe learn to read before you paraphrase me.

Current LLCHD restrictions on indoor gatherings (effective through Feb. 22):
Masks are required when 6 feet of separation cannot be maintained. Venues are responsible for enforcement of these guidelines.

As season-ticket holders, it's been months since we've received any correspondence from the University regarding the potential for (some) fans to attend matches. We don't donate at a high level, so I'm guessing we would be a ways down the priority list if fans are allowed at some point. I'd be curious as to whether other season-ticket holders have heard anything recently regarding limited fan attendance at upcoming matches.

I think about 2 months ago, season ticket holders were asked to fill out a survey about if they would want to attend matches, IF fans could. But would be a week to week decision, and could be last minute changes. I replied I did not want to attend as did not want the hassle of not knowing until last minute. Like last Friday would have been frustrating. Then we rec'd notice that no fans would be in attendance for the season. (at least how I recall the communication from ticket office.)

With this being the home opener for the Big Red the suspense is killing me.........will there be "stick people" in the stands of Devaney? :-)

Let’s go Maryland! Some flashes of great play against tOSU and Minnesota they just couldn’t close when it mattered. Definitely some good pieces here though. Fun team to watch Really? This team is solid and Hughes has quality loyal recruits committed to Terp Volleyball. The players truly enjoy the culture.
