Rutgers is definitely no longer in the bottom-most tier by themselves anymore. They’ve moved into a tier with Iowa and Indiana this season, and i expect they’ll only continue to improve

It’s pretty remarkable how much better Rutgers is. I don’t think they’re ready to challenge the upper half of the league, but they are remarkably improved. Caffey beginning to look like a no brainer.

I really think they are going to be towards the middle of the standings in the next few years. Love that right side and balyko |
