I think we’ll see Hill/MBH join the team later on via the 6-player re-entry on Week 2?

NGL i want to see Lilley in the VNL instead of Hancock. PLEASE. I think her strengths really match up well with international ball so hopefully she meshes well. She can set USA fast

It seems likely that China would apply the below to the women as well, but hopefully not: "The FIVB respects the decision of the China Volleyball Association (CVA) to withdraw its national men’s team from this year’s edition of the VNL due to financial limitations and travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the CVA has expressed concerns over being able to field a team for the VNL due to the 14-day entry quarantine policy in China and a scheduling clash with the National Games of China"

Lang Ping had mentioned “playing in Rimini”
I think it would take an extraordinary circumstance for China to not be there

The China men's team has sadly been underfunded and somewhat neglected compared to the women's team, coming off like the poorer cousin. The women's team by contrast enjoy more sponsorships and hence a more stable financial situation given their greater success over the years in comparsion.
