Are there any believers? I think UW can take set 3 at the least. Have to take it one set/one point at a time. High hill.

I think it's pretty hilarious that folks were all upset about games not being play-by-played and the real fans (or call them enthusiasts) prefer to opt out. depends, real fans love to make fun of announcers too!

Being tired is an excuse, pushing through adversity defines champions. Combination of the quick turnaround (13.5 hours) and the early start (9am PT/12pm ET) not doing UW any favors. No excuses...........Pitt is stomping right now.............but UW will get going

Has any team ever won three straight five-setters in the tournament? I don't think so? USC almost did in 2011.

Why is it so hard for announcers to say "Service Ace" instead of "Service Error!"? I've heard multiple announcers mix them up. So weird.

That was a nice parallel-to-the-net set by Powell.

Just wanna say- I really appreciate the effort Holly Rowe puts into every single broadcast she is a part of. She spoke very knowledgeably about Zone 4 defense earlier in the match and explained it better than most of the broadcasters who are former players would have. She really puts everything she has into everything she does. Studied up, watched yday’s Washington match, knew about the Bogomolova service run in the fifth, &c. She’s just a great example of someone who steps up and takes her job very seriously every time. Not able to watch the match, but I agree with you about Rowe. She had done several Texas games on LHN in the last 2-3 years and always does a very professional job. Agree with you about her excellent preparation and it's not just volleyball. Does well covering any sport. I've got to believe she has a strong sports background, either as a player or perhaps has a parent that is a coach.
