This narrative about Florida playing at their highest level last night isn’t true lol. They played better against Missouri and Kentucky. That was just a normal game for them. Wisconsin just isn’t as untouchable as everyone has been echoing. So ignore the level of play against SC and GA and the game losses against A&M and LSU? You're a clown. Take a nap. huh? You and others said that was Florida’s best match of the season. I watched all the Florida matches and I disagree. What do their losses and set losses have to do with good single game performances?

If that was their normal level, there is no chance in hel* they'd have dropped any sets against the aforementioned teams, much less lost.

One big thing for both teams is I think each will be the toughest serving that the other has seen. With both teams having an excellent block, I think this will be such a fun matchup.

Wisconsin has definitely had Texas' number over the last several head-to-head matches, although we haven't played each other all that much (maybe like 4 times since 2013?). But, none of the current players other than Molly Haggerty were part of any of those matches. I'd like to see Texas return the favor from when #12 Wisconsin knocked out #1 Texas in the 2013 national semi-finals in Seattle. They played in Madison in 2018 when Logan was a freshman. Most of today’s Wisconsin roster was there while Logan and Brionne are basically the only ones for Texas. Was Jenna setting? I can’t remember. You are right. Seems so much longer than 2018. Ashley Shook was our setter in 2017, and the first half of 2018, IIRC.

So by "season" you didn't mean "season." Got it. Moving on.

This will be a great match from two good teams. Four teams from four different conferences, WOW! My pick is UK vs UT in the final two.

Let's go Texas!! Will be great that Barnes can't win a championship, no matter which team she carpetbags off to. Let.it.go.

Florida's the first team to take Wisconsin to 5 sets. Good job to UF.

For what it's worth, if we want to use that match as a beacon of some kind, Texas is much more mature than they were back then (the fourth set was a blowout like 25-12). I think Texas has gotten much better at passing, defense, and serving, as well as blocking. I think Wisconsin has gotten better OOS and their defense has gotten much better too (a lot of which is Civita and Loberg/Haggerty improving). Should be fun:)

Kinda hard to root for either of these teams right now. I was really shocked by some of the Wisconsin players and their attitude last night. It wasn’t just typical swagger and sass. There were multiple instances where cards should have been issued IMO. Weird Bc I had never seen that from them.

That game has little to no impact on this one as it was three seasons ago.
