Someone should do an accounting of most post season matches by class. I'd think 2000, 2004, 2013 and 2017 are highest (not in that order). If I counted up correctly, this class has the most without even counting the 2021 tournament. Carlini and Nelson 17 matches in four years; Hilley, Rettke, Loberg 18 matches in four years. And now soon to be six more on top of that. Tonight, they'll even pass the Hentz/Plummer Stanford team, though needing the extra year to do so, 24 vs Stanford's amazing 23 in four years. (Special mention for Molly Haggerty, who, because of her red-shirt year, made it to 19 in her four years on the court.)

I know this is the Wisconsin thread, but Stivrins will break Nebraska’s record tonight with her 24th postseason match. It’s unreal how much experience is going to be on that court tonight.

I forgot about the first-round bye. (that knocks Molly down to 18, too.)

I'd really like to see the Badgers come out on all cylinders and crush Nebraska's hopes. If we can pass and serve better than we did against Louisville, we have the upper hand. Nebradka is so well coacjed, that i do expect a fight. My heart can not take a 5-set match

Congrats to you guys: your loyalty, perseverance, true patience...plus ulcers, over-the-years...has been rewarded. You beat the dreaded Red! I rooted for y'all in the Spring. Good to have your long-sought goal and dream finally realized. Drink up!

Apparently Gov Evers is heading to the match. They showed the Governor of Wisconsin on TV, without a mask on, in the crowd. I think he needs a new handler....

I've been waiting for today for 22 years. Congratulations Wisconsin Badgers. You finally get that banner in the Field House.
