San Diego could go very big at the pins: Frohling, Lukes, and Hester.

I found it on the transfer thread posted April 16. That's a big loss for Portland. She was their main offensive player this Spring.

Can’t imagine there is much competition for POY in Maine...esp. if you are 6’4

If LMU can stay healthy, the WCC should be a 4 bid conference, IMO.

Kat Georgiadis, Thana Fayad, and Laura Madill were all invited to train in Canada for their "next-gen" national team.

Kat Georgiadis, Thana Fayad, and Laura Madill were all invited to train in Canada for their "next-gen" national team. That's good news, because Santa Clara needs a new libero (Georgiadis was the DS last year), and San Diego could use more solid setting (Tercariol took over the setting duties from Madill mid-season). Gengenbacher improved remarkably between her junior and senior seasons, after training and competing with the collegiate national team. Fayad is finished with her college career, but the other two may benefit from the extra training/different coaching perspectives (if they don't return exhausted/injured).

They already were sketchy on the RS. I like LMU, but I imagine they might not have much wiggle room for at large territory.

Ahrens, Brown, and Zelaya will be solid. But I think it drops off quick after that. Agreed that if LMU finally has a healthy season they have the talent to be too 3. They’ll need two new assistant coaches at some point too so I’m wondering who Mansfield brings in.
