I’m not getting the SC/San Diego match. Anyone else? I think there was a conflict with the soccer match going on at the same time. I was waiting to see for sure what they were going to do and forgot about it because of the LMU/Pepperdine match.

San Diego started horribly, but then steamrolled to a 25-17 first set over Santa Clara.
San Diego hit .062 and Santa Clara hit -.118. Not pretty volleyball.

I guess we won't be able to watch the rest of the Pepp/LMU match as the video remains stuck.
No surprise as BYU defeats San Francisco 3-0 after coasting to a 25-18 3rd set win. Gneiting finished with a .421 hit% (9/1/19) and Eschenberg .400 (6/2/10). Ballard-Nixon, cooled down to hit .200 (10/5/25). Koerber struggled hitting just .083 with just 6 kills/4errors on 24 swings. As a team BYU hit .250 (40/15/100). A rather lackluster performance, but they got the win.
Shyia Richardson led the Dons with 8 kills but hit -.156 with 13 errors on 32 swings. Excited to see Orsula Staka hit .583 (7/0/12). She's a favorite of mine, so glad to see her do well. As a team they hit .055 (28/23/91). They were outblocked 3 to 14, but even in digs at 38 each.

Love how much Madill is trying to set the middles. I don't think we were getting that with Tercariol.

Pacific is in command right now against Gonzaga. They won the 3rd set, 25-20, to lead the match 2-1. Now up 8-3 in the 4th.
Saint Mary's rolled to a 25-15 win in set 3 over Portland to go up 2-1, but Portland has a 2-point lead 20-18 late in the 4th.

LMU holds on to their lead this time to win set 3, 25-20. Pepp still up 2-1 in this one. Geissberger: 14 kills Klemp/Rice: 10 kills

Portland evens up the match with SMC at 2-2. Heading to a 5th set.
Curious about San Diego's setting. I didn't see the USF match on Thursday, but it shows Tercariol playing parts of 3 sets, Madill playing 1 set. Today, Madill is the only setter. Did Tercariol get injured in the last match?
San Diego has set point at 24-19 in set 2

Saint Mary's and Portland are going 5 after Portland wins set 4, 25-20.
Great rally to end set 2 in Santa Clara sees USD win set 2, 25-19 and go up 2-0.
Frohling has 9 kills, 2 errors, 20 swings (.350). Blackwell hitting a stellar .750 (6/0/8). That is most of the production right now, as Lukes has just 3 kills, and Pries only 2.

Portland out quick in set 5, 5-2 against Saint Mary's. I am surprised by this match. Portland has really struggled, and I thought Saint Mary's had the definite edge. The sets they've won, they've won big, but they aren't winning the closer ones.
Pacific has match point against Gonzaga, 24-18, in the 4th.
Pacific has completed the 3-1 win over Gonzaga, 25-18 in the 4th. Great win for Pacific after losing the 1st set.
