no but you’re whole argument was that they would be fine if they got Covid so I’m saying the short term effect of not playing would suck Of course being unable to play at the Olympics would suck, but there are bigger issues here. Anywhere from 45k to 450k people have died in the states so far from the inoculations according to CDC vaers.

What they say is the truth weather you want to believe it or not. The drug is experimental not approved by the FDA and nobody knows the long term effects. What’s false about this? Mandating people to get a experimental drug in groups that arnt high risk is stupid. You do know people who have died from Covid vs world population isn’t even 1 percent. It’s maybe half a percent at best but prob about a quarter percent I’m sorry, but are you a medical professional? Not to be rude but your spelling of ‘weather’ suggests otherwise. So please stop making ‘scientific’ claims you only read in social media and not actual research. Can we just go back to the topic and keep your beliefs about the vaccines to yourself? Keep continuing to believe whatever you want. You can pull up these numbers. But please make whatever excuse you want because excuses are endless. Btw I have done research. I’ve pulled up about 20 different countries and look at deaths compared to total populations of those countries. You can find these numbers anywhere if you look them up. The countries I have looked at have been some of the most populated in world. These arnt beliefs they are facts.

Yes. What is not fact about that?

Googling something is not 'research'. If your taking # of Covid deaths against country population, you already f*cked up. Why’s that ? Because why would you count people in a statistic that haven't had the disease to find a fatality % of that disease? If that were the case the fatality rate of let's say lung cancer would be miniscule.

That’s completely misleading. I know someone personally that that happened to. Apparently heart disease and cancer and death from everything else went away this last year. People only died because of Covid they would have you believe. My point has always been the numbers don’t match the extreme panic and shutdowns

are we the "top' team with the most changes every 2 years? In the Opposition position, I think we have not had the same 2 in the 08 olympics '10 WCH, 12 Olympics, 14 WCH, 16 Olympics, 18 WCH, 20(1) Olympics.... Other positions too... USA might be trying to build a team but just for one summer at a time.

Team USA should be mandating that their athletes be vaccinated, especially with the vast majority of the general public of japan wont be vaccinated and also don't want the games to take place anymore. Not to mention any olympic athlete taking the risk of being out during the games or losing at least two weeks of training + physical toll needs a serious reassessment. Mandating an experimental vaccine that uses technology never previously used in vaccines, alters ones DNA, isn't FDA approved, has not undergone advanced clinical trials, has produced horrible side effects in the short-term and unknown side effects in the long-term? Nah, I don't think so, Dr. Fauci. Even if they do contract Covid, the probability of survival is nearly 100% and the probability that they would be asymptomatic is better than 50%. These are healthy young athletes, not assisted living facility residents in New York. The words nearly, only, probability, insignificant when used to describe the death rate from COVID really upset me

We also block Boof @everyone (but that's partially because his posts are unintelligible most of the time too).

HappyValley once considered himself "the greatest troll in VT history" so yes - ignore, block. Trolling stopped being cute/fun/entertaining in like 2009.
