I was surprised to not see a game thread yet. I also don’t want to make one since I do not know how to do the cool graphics. What do people think about Purdue so far? Can they keep their #6 ranking? Of they lose, will they drop to 8 or even to 10? Louisville has played Purdue several times and it’s been an even rivalry. They are always legitimate.

Based on Purdue getting verbals from 2 right-sides in the last few weeks, i am deducing that Byrd is no longer considering Purdue. I could totally be off-base

I think Taylor Anderson will be the next setter.

Buckeyes were recruiting Anderson before she narrowed her list to virtually one. She may be an opposite in club, but will be a setter in college.

I think Taylor Anderson will be the next setter. Makes sense with that being Renner's senior year. Not sure we have another setter recruited at the moment, so it'd be Yim and Anderson.

Purdue along with Ohio State, Michigan and Illinois very much want to move up in the Big Ten. IMO Purdue and Ohio State look positioned best to do that. While, Nebraska, Minnesota, & Penn State would like to regain some respectability. Should be a very competitive year. Me - Purdue at 5.

I know it's not volleyball, but what the band did to make a half time show in the formation of the Worlds Largest Drum as a thumb off to Notre Dame was awesome.

I am so excited to watch Purdue compete against OSU in a few days. Holloway will be rocking. The performance against Louisville wasn’t the best…I am sure that the team is eager to take the bad taste out of their mouths and show everyone Purdue Volleyball.

Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed reading that article. I was always wondering how much her height would “hinder” her skills as a setter. Evidently, it does not hinder her at all. I really like Bush and am happy that she chose to be a Boilermaker. Her sister played for Northwestern as well.

I know that this is early, but I sure am hoping that Purdue has a phenomenal year. It’s kind of scary thinking of who we can potentially never see again after this year…Bush, Johnson, Cleveland, and M. Hornung. It will be weird seeing a new setter for Purdue after Bush leaves.
