No. New week does not begin until 5 PM ET on Mondays when rosters are due. Subs for the current week of competition are due by 2:59 AM ET tonight. Subs don’t have to be submitted all at once. So, someone can theoretically post an add/drop at 4:58pm ET Monday, and send their roster in at 4:59pm ET with that player on it for that week. Absolutely!

I could still sub in a libero for Kim Hill, right Next year we should try National Team rules: Anyone can be a libero (except for Kelsey Robinson)

Can roster submissions be changed before the deadline, then? I guess I ask because if someone submits a roster early and their opponent makes an add/drop late and ends up with more players at a position than expected like more setters, it could change the strategy. pay attention Kingsley and @avid before you ask for clarification weeks after i cover all these situations for you and make the admins work to explain it.

Roster submissions are final and can’t be changed. I noticed that for sure in the rules. That’s the only reason I haven’t submitted mine yet for week 2.

Add: Teagan DeFalco, L, Grand Canyon I would've gone with TJ, personally.

This has always been the case. Posters have always been able to sneak in last minute add/drops. Changing the deadline from midnight to 5 AM doesn't alter that.

I’m also confused on all the hypothetical rule-bending being shared in public here. If you’re concerned about a rule being bent, why are we giving step-by-step instructions to literally everyone on how to bend it
Competitively, it seems like it would be in your best interest to keep that sh*t to yourself but that’s just me

In 2019 you/shhhh/vup clarified this in the middle of a week. It was said that add/drops had to be made by 1159ET Sunday night to be effective for the next week. That meant rosters were "set" about 12 or so hours before the deadline. You couldn't make an add/drop Monday and use that add/drop the same week. In the past season, that rule was kept the same. I remember a few people waiting until Midnight to submit their rosters because of that.

Okay I'm going to bed shortly... Free Sub OUT: Jena Otec, L, Purdue Sub IN: Ellie McKissock, L, Florida That gives me the win over vup 3-2 18.19 kills 22.9628.59 assists 12.20 3.70 aces 3.57 19.36 digs 19.765.61 blocks 5.33 These were so close! I sense another steak of 3-2 wins/losses for me this season lol! Am I counting wrong? These numbers make no sense to me. They are very low.

Were add/drops for the week and rosters due at different times in 2019? If not, I fail to see any difference. Edit: You could say our "week" this year ends at Monday at 5 AM. In 2019, the "week" ended Sunday at midnight. Is that where you confusion lies?
