Hooker or Bosko?
Sorry. It's been a tough quad and some of you people have made me really snarky.

isn’t it still Gamova lmao I am a stan of the Russian team so I also am gonna say 100% Gamova. Two FIVB championships and two (almost 3, hello London 😭) silver Olympic medals. When she retired, the Russian women’s volleyball team immediately went from a top tier to a second-tier team, despite Gonacharova and Kosheleva staying.

I think this is very subjective, especially on the definition of GREATEST.
To name a few: Gamova Sheilla Hooker Sloetjes Brakocevic Neslihan Egonu Boskovic Haak Drews
If based on the number of awards: 21 - Boskovic 19 - Sheilla 18 - Neslihan 15 - Brakocevic 12 - Gamova 12 - Drews 11 - Haak 9 - Sloetjes 9 - Egonu 4 - Hooker
Granted, there was no best opposite award prior to 2013 and the quantity included above are just based on wiki (may not be reliable)

Well, I’m probably not as old as you so I’m not really familiar with VB legends in the early 2000s and the 20th century 😊
