Impressive play in this video from the Laguna Open.  Looking forward to seeing Zaengle play in a year.
Good to see Sam Herman and Grace Fogel, both also from the 2025 class, competing in this tourney.

Great example of how beach volleyball works. One of the best player's in the World, pairs with an incoming USC freshman and gets beat by a solid NCAA pair. There is really only so much you can do if your partner is lacking. Cheng/Zaengle lose to Gementera/Hagenah 21/18, 21/14.

Mmm, Gementera/Hagenah have been a top pair playing together for 3 years now.  Beat Kinna/Newberry, Scoles/VanGunst and Kan/Sours to win this Laguna Open.

In other news, Ashley Pater and ?Maya Gessner had a “personal training” session with MHP and Brandie?  Impressive!
