What a performance for USD, and very entertaining UCLA will get their chances in the PAC this one may have come down to home court. Entertaining til the very end. Have to feel for May that set was absolute garbage no chance to make a play happen.

Martin is flashy but honestly I would much rather see Pak, Lane, or Chang set. Heck even Fleck and McCall might be better setters…

I know UCLA fans are disappointed in a myriad of ways, but as a semi neutral observer, I sure enjoyed watching that. I know I had some critical things to say about the video, but thank you to the people who made the feed possible. It wasn't optimal, but it was waaaaaaaay better than watching a live box score.

Huge win for the Toreros. As has already been posted, they only had this and USC left on the non conference to make a statement. This will help immeasurably come tournament time.

The problem is Martin is a transfer from a P5 program. UCLA's secret formula for setting success requires a midmajor transfer

Why was Alupei benched? I wasn't following the match closely.

I still don't know how I feel about Dodson. I didn't like her last season and I was impressed with her at the beginning of this season. She hits with a lot of heat but her contact is low. Ryan is able to hit at a higher contact. Dodson will probably continue to start though with her blocking stats.

Disappointing loss. UCLA beat themselves really. Too many errors. Need to clean it up if they plan to do well this season.
