Now I am really curious on Snyder for those who have been watching... How is her passing so poor? I was under the impression she was one of the top passers in her first few seasons in France, no? She was one of the stronger passers in college too?

She was one of the stronger passers in college too? In 2020 she was passing next to two of the top passers in the league (Gommans and Dekeukelaire) She was probably getting pinched a fair bit. Now being next to Micaya White... that's not possible lol |

I got incredibly confused by the box score so im watching this cannes match... they're down a middle.... so these rotations are incredible lol. their setter Le Thuc is rotationally a middle and blocking in the middle, while setting. (sometimes not even blocking, dropping off and leaving 1-1s) Snyder is playing in the setters spot. She is being replaced by the libero when Le Thuc is back row. De Hoog is replaced when Snyder comes front row. Then back in when Veglia (MB) serves as Le Thuc goes front row snyder/winters/white are hitting on both pins. basil you need to get in on this lol That's not so unusual, when you have only one middle available. Trento played the same rotations, when they were without Berti and Rucli (in the match vs. Scandicci). |

Setter plays opposite to middle. It used to be a popular system for slavic coaches in Europe. Vakifbank made F4 of CL as an underdog in 2005 with coach Buzayev. Also Peru made '88 Olympic final with this system.
