When I eat ice cream I usually go with Haagen-Dazs Chocolate Chocolate Chip: ] Most Haagen-Dazs is good ice cream. Coffee ice cream is getting harder and harder to find. Some brands do coffee variations, but few do just straight coffee. And Haagen-Dazs is the tops. Not a volleyball post, you might say. But how 'bout the Terps? Last night in College Park ...

Right now as they sit (using Sep 20 pablo), pablo is saying the four teams most likely to win the PAC are (in order):
Washington Utah UCLA Colorado
This includes the results to date in terms of records through Saturday, but not in terms of any pablo adjustments since Monday.
WSU is right behind them, so the Washington/WSU match tomorrow will also play into this.
It also means the last week of the season might be incredibly decisive, as Utah and UW will play WSU and Colorado that week.

Of course Pablo will change opinion after a couple more weeks of play, and I bet Oregon will be in the top 4.

Crazy to think when Stanford arguably has the best wins out of anyone in the Pac By pablo, Utah has the best win (over Washington). And they also have a win over Nebraska like Stanford does, except they did it in Lincoln. They do have a worse loss, though. But Stanford has to play Utah and Colorado twice. Washington and WSU don't. Stanford has to play Washington and WSU twice. Utah and Colorado don't. Stanford does get to play UCLA only once. Pablo (as of Sept 20) basically has UW > UCLA/Utah/Colorado > Stanford/Oregon/WSU. But since they don't play a full round robin, it matters which teams play each other only once. That's reflected in the predicted final results table.

AZ and ASU will win a few matches against these 7 teams however some will get 4 wins vs them where Oregon can only get 2.

We don't seem to play the Arizona teams well ever, and there's not much upside for winning but taking a loss looks bad. Based on records to date, they're also not gonna help RPI.

Yes, optimizing for RPI is different than optimizing for the best chance to win the conference.
