Is Louisville the best passing team in the country? If they are I'm taking them in December... I would guess that that team is Oregon paging @bigwestfan2

They're passing a 1.99 with a 49.7% GP. None of their passers are even passing a 2.2. Oregon is the best passing team in the country with a team grade of 2.33.

Even just by the eye test, Louisville doesn’t look like a great passing team. Dilfer is really good and betters a lot of balls. As for Oregon, they just can’t capitalize on their passing. I’d be curious what their side out percentage is. I imagine it’s not where you want it with a 2.33 SR grade

Kentucky from the spring was a side out machine and passed at a very high level. Louisville suffocates teams with their defense (their block is crazy good) and Dilfer is a fantastic setter who gets great transition looks to her hitters.

I think they meant similar more in terms of their speed of play, and how both teams have very athletic players at all positions.
