Is Jill stepping away from the college game? I felt it was a homecoming for her after leaving WVU with success there.

Bake was in the AAC tournament finals just earlier this year. Guess that wasn’t enough? Wow. Great coach and great guy. Hope he lands somewhere else

Hope he lands somewhere else I saw on ESPN that they also let the football coach go. But was Temple VB coach fired or was it just a contract year and they're looking for cheaper & more "diverse" minorities in both football and volleyball roles.

I feel like they were just in the NCAA's a couple years ago. Jill is a solid coach and good people. I think TCU is making a mistake.

Hope he lands somewhere else Temple and Pitt were in a similar situation in 2010-12. Pitt is now a top seed and Temple was on the bubble once, 2016. There are 3 public universities that matter in PA - Pitt, Penn State and Temple, and one of those is not like the others in volleyball. Pa players are winning matches all over the country, but Temple has more players from Poland. “But Temple isn’t Penn State, and it isn’t Pitt” you say? That’s true, but you have a new president who was an undergrad at Stanford and a new AD who came from Texas. While it might be a fools errand, if they want to expect more from their volleyball program, they are welcomed to try. If they are doing this, I hope they open the wallet a bit.

Since then… 20-60 in Big 12 play and 54-82 overall. With a 7 year total of 36-76 in Big 12 play. I think TCU is rightfully expecting a little more

There were several schools that found themselves in need of a coach right before the season started. Some went with interim coaches and have now posted for a head coach -
Lenoir-Rhyne Lewis and Clark (DIII - New posting)
Notre Dame College (DII, Ohio) went with interim, but no posting yet.
Other interim assigments from before season that have or have not posted??
