Colorado looks like a smooth machine against the Bears so far. 2 aces, 2 blocks, hitting .300. Cal still hitting negative. CU up 20-8. Timeout Cal. Thanks for the jinx!  This rotation with Campbell, Kuehl, Ewert front row is rough. Ewert desperate to go over on 2 because it's usually her best option. ;\ All starts with the pass -- and Cal's serves were dropping on CU. Hitters need to learn to better the ball they have though. |

Interesting changes in the line up.
Tamoupeau and Mirkovic at OH, DeSa DSing for Tamoupeau, haven't seen Smoot
Hamm and Bergmann at MB
6-2 with Maeder and Jensen at S, and Schmidt and Lilomaiva at Opp
Clark at L
Passing woes continue. Looked really bad until the end of the set where Cal goes on a short run to make the score somewhat respectable, losing 25-19

So Bellizi in at L for Clark, and Grote in for Lilomaiva at Opp. Would be interesting to see Mirkovic and Schmidt at OH, Grote and Lilomaiva at Opp, Hamm and Bergmann at MB, and Maeder and Jensen at S, even if only you get more size at the net, I mean, if they can't pass anyway...

Colorado wins 2nd set, 25-16. Hit .310 in the 2nd set -- much better. Now at 5 blocks, 6 aces. Schneg hitting over .300
Cal hit negative in both sets. Bergmark hitting over .300 though.
